This webinar will address those options, including:

  • Liquidating the IRA account, paying the income tax, and transferring the balance to the community spouse
  • Converting the IRA account to an IRA immediate annuity in favor of the institutionalized spouse
  • Converting the IRA account to an IRA immediate annuity in favor of the community spouse – “name-on-the-check” strategy
