Unfortunately, the Cloud My Office (CMO) servers are still down, which means if you subscribe to the ElderDocx® Cloud serviced by CMO/Citrix, you are not able to access your answer files. Our contract provider is unable to tell us an exact date; only that work on the servers where our information is stored is underway and will be restored as soon as possible.
We are cutting all ties with CMO as soon as access is repaired, and you can retrieve your answer files. Further, your subscription dues for this service will not be charged for the months of September and October. We will continue to keep you updated on this situation as we receive information from CMO.
