Jill joined ElderCounsel in April 2018. She is a Law and Privacy Specialist. Jill ensures ElderDocx provisions comply with federal and state law and is responsible for drafting and maintaining the corporate data privacy policy. Prior to joining ElderCounsel, Jill was a practicing attorney for 6 years and focused on elder law and taxation. Jill has a passion for these areas of law, as she sees the practical impact they have on families everyday.
Jill lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her son. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and from Florida Coastal School of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree. In her free time, Jill enjoys cooking, reading, lake days, and going to the park with her son.
