Henna is the CEO of ElderCounsel, LLC, a leading provider of elder law and special needs planning automated document drafting software, continuing legal education, and collaborative community for legal professionals and advisors.
Henna is also the CEO of WealthCounsel, LLC, a sister company to ElderCounsel which provides related services in the areas of general estate planning, business law, and trust administration. Prior to her current roles, Henna worked for several prominent law firms on both the east and west coasts. She also had her own successful boutique estate planning practice where she focused primarily on complex planning for high net-worth families and individuals.
Henna received her AB in Political Science from the University of Michigan. She received her JD from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
