Are you looking for a CLE course to maintain your VA Accredited Attorney status? Attorneys accredited by the VA must take 3 hours of CLE within their first year of accreditation, and an additional three hours every two years thereafter. This series is designed to satisfy the VA Accreditation CLE requirements for attorneys who have already been accredited. You should be accredited PRIOR to taking this webinar.

CLE: 3 hours
Qualifies for 3 hours of VA CLE under 38 C.F.R. § 14.629(b)(iii) for attorneys in every state. You should be accredited by the VA prior to taking this course. This will cover the topics required for initial accreditation CLE. This course also qualifies for renewal CLE for already accredited attorneys.
Pre-approved for State Bar CLE: AL (3), AR (3), CA (3), CO (3), DE (3), FL (3.5), GA (3), IL (3), KS (3.5), MO (3.5), NC (3), NJ (3), NY (3), OH (3), PA (3), TX (3). Due to on-demand programming regulations, this course will not be approved for state bar CLE in: SC, WI. Attorney will self apply in states not listed.
