Description
Do you work at an elder law firm but want more substantive legal knowledge about the Medicaid cases you work on? Are you an attorney that manages staff and you don’t have time to teach them Medicaid rules and strategy?
If you answered “Yes, holy cow how do they know me so well?” to either question then this course is here to help.
This course is for non-attorney staff members at elder law firms. It is an introduction into the area of Medicaid planning. We will cover the basic rules and strategy of Medicaid planning, trusts used in this planning area, and how to use the ElderDocx document assembly system to support your clients.
This course will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on drafting experience and familiarity with the tools provided by your ElderCounsel membership.
Who Should Attend: Non-attorney staff of ElderCounsel member firms.
