Jim Voeller is a 1980 honor graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. His practice is concentrated in the Elder Law areas of Medicaid Planning and VA Aid & Attendance planning. In addition, the Voeller Law Firm practices in the estate planning, business planning and asset protection areas. Mr. Voeller is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Texas, and all Texas State Courts. He is currently licensed in the State of Texas. Memberships include Elder Counsel, Wealth Counsel, the State Bar of Texas, the Estate Planning Council of San Antonio, the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Advisor's Forum and various other state and local bar associations.
