Fix for Document Library Files Not Displaying

Some members have reported issues trying to view embedded documents in the document library that are hosted by Box using Chrome or Safari browsers. This has resulted in members being unable to view or download the file resources from our document library.

Currently, the ElderCounsel website relies on third party cookies from Box for the Document Library to function correctly. Disabling 3rd party cookies may severely restrict your ability to view documents in the Document Library.

Instructions for how to check and correct are detailed below:

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Scroll down and click or tap Advanced at the bottom of the windowAdvanced Settings
