CLE Guide by State

ElderCounsel applies for accreditation for live events and live webinars 60 to 90 days prior to the event start and seeks credits in our highest populated states by member count.
The states that have been approved or are pending will be noted on the event registration page.  If your state is not listed, please refer to the table below to determine your course of action.  Generally, the attorney will then need to self apply to receive credit.
