We take pride in the support we offer our ElderCounsel members. We have in-house software support to handle any issues you may have with ElderDocx™ and you pay nothing extra – this is included in your membership fees! We are dedicated to prompt resolution of any problems you may have.

We also provide an extensive library of tutorials, user guides and drafting webinars to help members become even more proficient at using ElderDocx™. Each month we provide a teleconference or webinar for our members, free of charge, in a variety of areas: legal/substantive knowledge in the areas of elder law and special needs, marketing and practice development, and drafting webinars to help members become more proficient using ElderDocx™.

For those new to the area of Medicaid, we have a three-part “Medicaid Immersion Webinar Series” to help you get up to speed quickly on the federal Medicaid rules. There is no additional charge for this webinar – it is another member benefit of ElderCounsel. We also have a very active member listserv where you can go for help from experienced elder law attorneys across the country.
